The Ladera Rancho Chamber of Commerce has partnered with the City of Lake Forest and SCORE to bring business owners and entrepreneurs the South Orange County Entrepreneurs Academy, a series of FREE workshops in 2018 and 2019.
This is the sixth installment of the South Orange County Entrepreneurs Academy Series. This workshop will teach you how to target, position, and organize your company in a way that will help you increase sales and grow your organization. This is an interactive planning workshop that will also engage you and the other workshop attendees in an actual mock-up strategic planning session.
