Frisby Cellars Winery has been producing craft wines from Paso Robles since 2008. Currently operating a tasting room in Dana Point Harbor and Urban Winery in Lake Forest. Frisby Cellars will be opening a new location early Summer 2021 in the Los Patrones Business Park in Rancho Mission Viejo. The location will serve as a full production winery and brewery and offer wine and beer tasting and a menu of delicious food.
