Shredz Gym opened it’s doors in 2018 with one goal in mind. To provide a clean, cutting-edge gym facility with a casual and positive environment for fitness enthusiasts of all levels in South Orange County.
Coming from experienced fitness backgrounds, we understand how important the place you train is just as important as how you train. We welcome all that share a positive mindset about fitness in our diverse, fun and casual atmosphere. Our facility caters to experienced fitness enthusiasts, as well as someone brand new to working out.
